Chairman

Paschal Mandhawun

Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of ENCOT Group with more than two decades of leadership experience across financial inclusion and development. His experience includes governance, institutional transformation, ESG, strategic management, business growth and people development.

Professional background MBA, Bachelor of Education and professional certifications in governance, ESG, business management, financial inclusion and people leadership.

Vice Chairman

Daniel H Sentumbwe

A financial-services professional with more than 33 years of experience in microfinance, agribusiness, commercial banking, SACCOs, wholesale lending, cooperative development and digital finance.

Professional background Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Master of Science in Agribusiness and a Masters in ICT4.

Executive Director

Moris Ngabitho

Co-Founder and Executive Director with experience in cooperative development, agricultural enterprise and institutional leadership. His previous leadership experience includes UNASGO, Kinyara Sugar Cane Growers Limited and Uganda Cooperative Alliance.

Professional background Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Master of Business Administration.

Samuel Okurapa

A finance, audit and governance professional whose career spans banking, insurance, telecommunications and public practice. His experience includes executive leadership, financial management, strategic planning, due diligence, restructuring and regulatory administration.

Professional background FCCA, CPA, CIA and CFSA professional qualifications.

Director

Racheal Kobugabe

A financial-inclusion and business-development professional with more than 14 years of experience across government, private sector and international development. Her work includes institutional strengthening, ESG, digital finance, rural finance and financial literacy.

Professional background MBA in Finance, Postgraduate Diploma in Islamic Finance and professional certifications in ESG, impact investing and digital finance.

Catherine Atuhaire

A finance professional with more than a decade of experience in financial services and corporate finance. Her background includes finance leadership, financial reporting and SACCO governance.

Professional background Bachelor of Commerce, MBA in Accounting and Finance, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Director

Josephine Nakkomo Mukumbya

A corporate and development-finance professional with more than 29 years of experience, including agribusiness development, financial services, enterprise development and gender-inclusive growth. She has served in senior executive and non-executive roles across financial and development institutions.

Professional background Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance, Masters in Banking and Finance for Development, Board Competence certification and Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
