Paschal is a founding member of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Education Degree (B.ED) and Master of Business Administration (MBA). His experience in microfinance, management and social work spans over 16 years. He previously worked with FINCA Uganda (MDI) Ltd, World Vision International and VEDCO in roles that included human resources, administration and credit management.
DANIEL H. Sentumbwe
Vice Chairman
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, a Master of Science in Agribusiness, and a Masters in ICT4. His experience in financial services for the poor spans more than three decades across banks, MFIs, Saccos and wholesale lenders.
